I'm collecting parts... I'm going to run the hell outta the rotary this summer and if it blows I'll do the swap -If not I'm gong to hold off till the drifting/racing season is over. Rightnow I'm doing suspension, diff, wheels and mods that will carry over when I do the swap. It would kill me to have the car apart all summer and not be able to drive, plus I wanna save up and build the LS1 a bit before dropping it in.

im not talking soon the FD is way more important..but i think it would be a fun project in the distant future when i blow the FC

besides te FC gets no respect..how sick would it be if i popped the hood and you saw that engine in it? and how it would sound? it still goes up to 9k rpms stock

i have all my gear plus i have 1 spare mask if someone wants to borow as well as i believe one pod and a spare set of gloves but i will have to double check on the pod and if i have anything else

Build up the LS??????? u mean like put a air freshener in it??? those American motors are so easy to make power with, its no wonder y everybody swaps em.

 

Funds allowing I'm doing the following:
Cam, heads, flywheel, clutch, oil pump, water pump, intake manifold and throttle body... should put me right around 400rwhp with a good tune.
Also a few preventative mods that will provide better reliability.

 

oh jeez...air freshener.....they do need upgrades two.....

I took my fd out of storage during the winter and had the engine rebuilt, and am just now driving it to break it in.
