I figured it out!!!! after looking for the leak for hours I found that one of the vacume lines to the BOV "T" link was loose. I cpouln't tell but I re-secured all the lines with new zip ties and everything works fine. One f them must have been loose letting the manifold pressure seam loose letting the BOV let loose prematurely, thus my boost leak under hard acceleration. Thanks for all the pointers dave.

Hey Justin. We bought a sweet 85 red cj7 on eBay last night.I have to go to jersey and pick it up.
Its inspected and in new condition. I'm stoaked!
Anyway maybe we can go crash our jeeps on their side sometime together.

what motor is in the cj7 dave? that is to sweet! when are you getting it? I will roll up there with you if its on sunday...if not no big deal
why don't you put the excursion on ebay?
anything special done to the jeep or is it stock?

Leslie and I are going to go pick it up on Sunday. Thanks for the offer but we are rolling out pretty early and going to do some sight seeing while we are up there.
The Excursion and my Van are both listed in the autotrader.

Justin, I have to get tags and title first. Might not be ready for all that yet.
Aside from that the guy is kind of being flakey about meeting me tomorrow. He lives in Mass but driving down to meet me in Jersey. Luckily I have not sent him one dime. It's COD baby. Hopefully it will work out and I will have it tomorrow.
