I looked pretty extensively during my search for a tuner. It really depends on what you want, I didn't really find anything I liked in the area. Victor Research is in CT and has some experience tuning rotaries, but since I was going for really high hp, I asked for some records of their experience and I didn't get any. They did seem pretty knowledgeable on the phone though.

Depending where you are in CT, it might be worth it to go to Enzo or T&R racing in NYC. They both seem great, although I don't have any first hand experience with them other than discussions on the phone.

Or you can go the route I took, and hike it to PF Supercars in MD. Ray is a great guy, and their reputation speaks for itself.
