My 93 R1(was dad's) has been slumbering in the garage for a decade. It ran decently when parked but 2nd turbo wouldn't kick in most of the time. It's time to get her running again. Whats the best place to take it? Any recommendations? I don't want some shade tree place. Some place nice, reputable. Keeping it totally stock. (Ignore location in signature, I'm in Hampton, VA, cant figure out how to edit sig).

I'll second IRP. There is a shop closer to you but they're a gamble... I wouldn't mess with them personally.
when the time comes for a rebuild you have a really good machine shop (Rotary Science) in Norfolk 👍
