CT Service shop

RX7 ShopHas anyone used Mostly Motorsports in Stratford Connecticut. I am thinking that once my RX7 is back to life bringing it there in the summer. I need a shop or someone to help me keep it running. I enjoy driving not a mechanic

same here and that's my region too - looking for suggestions in a 100 mile radius of NYC, let's say.

Mostly Motorsports claims to have been in business since 1992, they also claim to be RX-7 specialists.

I've only been a part of the RX-7 community since 2006, however I've NEVER heard of them. The rotary community is relatively tiny, everybody pretty much knows one another. *If* they were an established and experienced shop then they'd be a known commodity after 30 years of being in business...

When I was stationed in the UK I would drive half way across the country to visit a rotary specialist. Sometimes it's worth it to go a bit further to ensure the job gets done correctly the first time.

My advise, travel a bit further and have @IRPerformance do whatever rotary-specific work you can't do yourself. Ihor is active here, he's a known commodity, and he has a reputation to uphold and maintain.

CT Service shop

I personally have not used Mostly Motorsports but a friend of mine has for a fuel/carb issue on a 1st Gen. He said they did a good job. I have used IRP and would recommend them.

I’d recommend IRP. Most knowledgeable shop in the entire northeast in my opinion.
