MA Selling Car as-is in Massachusetts

I am trying to sell my '01 Blazer for $1000 - I have told people in my add for it, the blazer needs $600 in repairs. I am going to use the money I make to buy an RX7!!!!!

But before I celebrate like its year 3000, I was wondering how I can go about selling this car AS-IS, and ensuring I don't get screwed over. I have the inspection paperwork stating that the idler arm and the ball bearing needs replacing, is there a contract I can write out that I can have the buyer sign that would prevent the lemon law from taking effect?

I'm not trying to screw anyone here, I just want to make sure I don't have to buy back a car I sold cuz someone got cold feet after buying it.

Thanks a lot,
Soaren
