I wasn't too happy with the caravan when we were in NJ. Even when I was doing the speed limit, idiots were just crossing 2 or 3 lanes without even looking, on the way down I almost got smoked twice.

Plus the RX-8 owners kept slowing me down when they were racing in front of me

maddslow where were you?....i was making my way to the front of the pack.....but not for nothing you guys gotta admit putting the caravan together wasnt easy but we managed to keep everything nice, neat, clean , no worries, no cops and no problems.....the place to hook up all the caravans was big enough and not hard to find.....that is the part me, jason and kel put together....now imagine what we could do for the future

I have not read all the **** that people have posted about Rotorfest, but most of it sounds pretty juvenile. The pricing sounds reasonable to me. I pay $10. to watch on Friday nights at the local strip, $15 if I want to race. Who the hell expects to get anything for $5.? Can't afford it? Go home and eat yer can of beanie-weenie and STFU.

How many of you bitchers have gone through the headaches of putting on an event like Rotorfest? You should be glad someone out there is willing to put up with your whiny *** and all the bitching and moaning. Grow up, people!

Its not about ******* affording it..Its about being told its a certain amount then gettin ripped off at da gate...Also, not everyone wants to be part of the actual car show.. For them to charge u without any hesitation is just straight up bullshit....I have paid $10 dollars for other car shows and it sure as hell wasnt a whole bunch of us parked on grass with holes in it talkin 2 each other...For that just come to the NYRA meets which is 100 times better...Plus, for Vasko to completely lie and say that the track owners changed the price on him then find out the owners didnt say that is upsetting to us..Especially when we rolled deep and drove pretty far...But whatever..You live, You lear..It just makes our crew wanna do bigger and better things....

yeah, its real tough to pick a date and get some $5 trophies. We're you even there? The lack of organization and effort put in amazed me. It pretty much consisted of pay money and try to park without ******* up your ride. There was virtually no organization and the bait-and-switch and force everyone into the "show" is weak.

The fact that he lied to people about who decided on pricing and **** saying it wasn't his choice is just bullshit.

Do you think this thread would be over 300 posts if there was no reason to be upset?

Sure. Sounds like a handful of cheap-*** kids with lots of time to post on internet forums.

In order for there to be events like Rotorfest, someone has to shoulder the responsibility of organizing it. To summarily dismiss the effort put forth is to show your ignorance.

It's not like there's a significant rotary event held every weekend. Hmmmm. I wonder why? Must be a lot of profit in it.

The effort? For someone who wasn't there you sure seem to know a lot about the "effort" that was put in.

The "effort" was calling the track a couple of times to pick a date and picking up $5 trophies. That doesn't take too much effort. Go troll some other thread, thanks.

I've owned rotary Mazda's since 1981. I don't spend my life in front of a keyboard. And frankly, why would a high post count on this forum convey any sort of honor?

wow, being called out by some random old guy. Just thin about it, it's held once a year and you get 125-130 cars to show. We plan a meet in NYC with 2 month notice and we get 50-70 cars, most just from around NYC. Now think of a year of planning will do!
