Quick shout-out to those in the Richmond area.
- Anyone compete in Lemons / Chump/Champ car endurance racing here?
- Is MSCW still active? Website looks like not much has happened in 6 months.
- Any interest in sharing a group-buy of some dyno time? I have a few cars that could stand some work and if I'm going to request a good block of time, I might be able to negotiate a discount if 4-5 more people show up. I'm thinking of asking RP Performance (Summit Point, WV) and maybe pair that up with a fall cruise down Blue Ridge Parkway.

Hi. I'm in the Richmond area (northside) and have a Silver FD that I drive when I get the chance. A group of friends and I also have an E28 race car that is surprisingly fun, reliable, and competitive in LeMons racing. Perhaps you would like to come to one of our meetings either at g force or working on the car. Sending you a PM as well.

I still get them. I use to rebuild the rx7/rx8 in Petersburg like 10 years ago. Had a Z then. I now live in Idaho, fly airplanes instead of driving cars. Lost interest in cars after 3 kids.

I am still me.
There is still the occasional Starbucks meet at the one on Robius and Huguenot, my old black FC is often there even though I don't own it any more, but I know who does.
I popped on here tonight because I was looking around for a possible FC project car.
I still have the Miata, it been sitting for like a decade now though.
The current daily is 2023 Crosstrek 6spd manual.

lol. How many changes of ownership do you think this forum has seen in 20 years?! I'm surprised our user names still work!

I caught an old autocross video of your V8 FD at VMP on youtube last night.
We're working on moving again, this time I'm gonna stay in state though.
We're looking at the Staunton/Waynesboro area or even a little further west into Highland county - we are both working remote these days.
Looking for a nice little farmette with a big ole barn/garage.

Beautiful part of the state, for sure. Cars & coffee are harder to come by out there I would imagine though! How was the turnout last night?
