I think that I'll stick to the fc I don't know why but I just love the body lines of it. I guess it goes back to when I was younger and someone in the apartment complex I lived in had a t2 and I feel in love with it right there and then

Isn't that the damn truth now I saw one on Craigslist for a grand like 2 months ago with a blown motor I was like **** get then then do a fd swap and all will be good with it. Because the chassis of the 8 is beautiful in my opinion but the engine was garbage.

I know one thing.....I've got a 93 FD and just now got her running and going and it is such a pleasure driving it. Lots of fun. Honestly, I can't really make the call yet because I haven't logged enough miles on the rotary FD, but it might be more fun than my FD ls swap.

I would love to drive a fd just once in my life but they're still so pricy and we can't all be as lucky as niburu here and find one for 1000 bucks and only have to replace the fuel lines and it's good to go

A few years ago niburu found someone selling a non running 100% unmolested fd for a grand that hadn't run in years and all it took for him to get it running again was just replacing the fuel lines and battery if I remember correctly

It was $1500.
I didn't need to replace the fuel lines at all.
just some fresh gasoline, new battery and new spark plugs.
Then I had it painted and new vacuum lines put on the turbo by Delta V.
Sold it for $9k.
That money got re-used for:
98 S14 that got sold for a 2002 BMW 325i, then came the 83 911 Targa, and finally spent out for the move to Tampa.
Then there was that 91 panda FC I had briefly which also sold for more than what I paid.
Still got the 90 Miata stored at my parents place up in Stuarts Draft.
When I have the house with a garage and money I'll have it shipped down, I'd love to buy LeSparkles (aka Jessica to some) back from Pierce while I'm at it.

Don't know how I missed the last part of your post maybe because I'm using my phone to view the posts lol.
I think I'm gonna look for a vert shell or one with a blown motor and do a re swap because I really want a very and boosted 7

Wow that's such **** there aren't emissions here where I live. Just aren't that many running projects here. And I would fly down there and want to be able to drive it back here
