Yeah, he is definitely a great guy, I just can't seam to be able to get them to answer the phone or call me back. Driving there isn't really an option unless he says my car is ready (3 hours away). Thanks though. Good to know he's still there working.

Much of the reason I had SpeedOne tune my car... I called and emailed probably 10 times each with no reply... Dave replied my email the same day. Customer service goes a long way..... no matter how cool you are.

Where is his shop, these days? I went by the location on Rosemont a couple of weeks ago. It's now Fitzgerald's Collision Center. (I no longer live in Maryland, so getting to his location is a very occasional thing for me.)
