PF Supercars MIA?

Has anyone been able to get in touch with Ray Wilson at PFS recently? It seems like there is never anyone there.

I have, he is there, basically he is the only one at the shop (from what I saw). I went by last Thurs, first time at the shop and meeting Ray. He REALLY is a cool dude.

Yeah, he is definitely a great guy, I just can't seam to be able to get them to answer the phone or call me back. Driving there isn't really an option unless he says my car is ready (3 hours away). Thanks though. Good to know he's still there working.

Much of the reason I had SpeedOne tune my car... I called and emailed probably 10 times each with no reply... Dave replied my email the same day. Customer service goes a long way..... no matter how cool you are.

Where is his shop, these days? I went by the location on Rosemont a couple of weeks ago. It's now Fitzgerald's Collision Center. (I no longer live in Maryland, so getting to his location is a very occasional thing for me.)

I believe he is back to his old shop. I never got to visit the old or new shop, since I had my car towed (way back in the days). His current address is:

4995 Winchester Blvd
Frederick, Maryland 21703

They are off route 15, about 10 miles from 270 on the MD side.

Thanks. That's what I meant by "the old shop". I'll try to see him there the next time I get to Maryland.

It took a few tries, but I was able to get him on the phone just yesterday. Set up an appointment for a tune. Just keep trying and I am sure you'll get through.
