Arrow Official: Mazda Corral at Limerock. May 25th-May 28th

All Mazdas needed. We need to represent the rotary at this year Lime Rock event. Two races will be going on this weekend. The Rolex GT series with the 20B SpeedSource RX-8's and the Mazda 6's from Tri-Point Engineering and Tindol Motorsports. At this Mazda corral you get to be in a designated area which Mazdaspeed, Cleveland6club, Mazda6club and the New York Rotary Association has obtained for your entertainment.

All you need to do to get into this Mazda corral is own a Mazda vehicle. Mazdaspeed has helped us offset the cost of the tickets, therefore we should have a stronger turnout at this years event.

You also get other privelages that you would not get if you bought these tickets on your own. For more information please check out the following link.

If your are interested please email me ASAP. Tickets are on a first come first serve basis. Reserved spots are limited to 50 Mazda Vehicles, per day.

Here is the link

Best Regards

Well my rotary brothers you missed one hell of a time. We toured the pits and talked to the Mazdaspeed team and got an insiders view of how they do things. I have to say a 20B RX8 made out of carbonfiber is one hell of a car. They only run run 450hp, but everything is weight restricted as to HP output. The equipment they use and the resources they have are unbelievable. I'm so doing this again next year. We got posters, hats, t-shirts and calenders. I have to say they where some real nice people. There where only 2 RX 8's and my FB abd Jason's "FORD", plus all the other Mazda type cars at the corral. ! I do have to say that an 83 FB won the Hemmings best Japanese class at the car show. I know Jason is away until tomorrow night and he has all the pictures.

Monday was great - I was the only 7 there, mostly rx8s, 6's and 3's.The miata guys had their own thing going - they must have had 50 cars. Props to the Mazda6club, nice turnout. Got lots of compliments from everyone cause as we all know the RX7 is number 1. Two great races, free stuff, free food, etc, etc. Three laps on the track and meets with all the Mazda teams. Nothing like the sound of a wide open rotary engine. I'll post some video soon. Until then here are a couple of pix

Let me start it off!

Here are a few pictures of this years Lime Rock Event. Please keep this in mind for next year, it will be off the hook. Thanks to Marlon and Ray for setting this event up and giving mazda enthusiasts a place to meet one another and mazda race teams.

^^ I tried!
This always happens, when i first started the club in 2005 no one took it seriously, till they saw pictures of the meets. Then more people began to come. And now we have 3 clubs instead of just 1. I changed the name from NYC RR to NYRA, then we expanded to form CTRA (Which John, Chiqui and ken run) and NJRA (Harold and Jose).

So no one though LIMEROCK was gonna be good, now when ppl see these pics they will be like ****!, I gotta go next year.

Yeah bill we all loved the FD, and Johns FB (which was there on sunday).

thanks joe i appreciate it.

Everyone should look at this and see how far mazda goes out to reach us the enthusiast. We should really roll deep next year.

We got a special parking area designated for us.
Catered lunch with ample beverages.
Free Mazdaspeed Tshirt
Free Mazdaspeed Hat
Meet and Greet with the Mazda Race Teams
Photoshoot with each team
Tour of the Paddock Area and Teams
Laps around World Famous Race Tracks

You cant beat that!!
