Hey guys, its that time again...

The Megameet off 123 and 7100 in Woodbridge, VA is happening, would love to meet some of you guys who are local, so let me know...

when is it starting back up?

 

1st Saturday in April 2006.

 

I will be there, provided my car is back from being tuned by Ray at PFS. I actually live in Woodbridge, so I am about ten minutes from the lot.

What time do people usually show up?

 

early Let arrange a time/place for the rx7 guys to meet and roll in...maybe the kfc/taco bell there?

 

well its @ 7pm, but you want to be there at or before that so that you can get a good spot, cuz lines start forming pretty early, and if you are late, you will have to park in the shopping center...

 

well lets set something up for 6:30ish?

Yeah...That was in responce to when it started this year...and its gonna go on till like past September...and its once a month, First Saturday of each month...6:30 sounds good, where? anyone here know a good place?

I think nocab is gonna make an appearance in his new toy this month. Unfortunately it isn't a rotary.

 

who is nocab? what toy could that be...I wonder...

so whats a decent meeting place close to the Megameet we can all gather @?

 

I am guessing that kfc right off the exit...lets get a roll call and see who all is going...its the first sat of every month correct?

Well i know of the Tysons Fuddruckers, but we cant get everyone to go there since not all of you want to drive out to a pre-meet and back to the Megameet, so a KFC there sounds logical since we can all meet up there, I for one will be coming from Sterling since thats where I work, and be going straight to the Megameet, since it a good idea to get there early or else you might not be allowed into the commuter lot, due to space limitations and such...

For the last time to clarify, the Megameet started this year in April, and is gonna be held on the first Saturday of every month, except for like: Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar...well except winter months...

 

I knew what you meant...I went to one last year and I was dissapointed in the rx7 turnout...would be nice to drive in with some others club guys.

There were only 3 third gens at the April/06 meet. 2 from MD and me VA...WTF...?

 

Well if need rx7s I would go cept well I don't know who any of you are, and well more importantly my FC's still dented and rusting on one fender, and the paint's in really bad shape. The only upside is there's less mileage on the chassis than just about every FC+FD in the US, the exterior's still in pretty rough shape, need to fix it up first.

well plus it's like 100% stock pretty much.

There's quite a bit of 7s in the northern va area, there's least 3 FCs excluding mine at Mason and about 2 FDs, plus another 2 FCs I've seen on the way there.

 

heh, I go to mason, but i dont drive my FD there, I drive my daily 01 Eclipse...

 

Mega meet has been cancelled this month!!!! Anybody wanna meet up someplace else Sat. night?
