They want let you enter a rx7 in classic class,They told me all rx7s no matter what year has to be in the class with get this--all z cars,skylines,supras,and rx7s are all one class with 3 classes between them depending on the amount of **** on the car.Nothing like competeing against a brand new 350 z with 100k invested in it against my 86

 

Well I could enter, and then my terrible paint and dirty engine bay would make you look alot better!

As of last Friday Ernie didn't have an engine in his car so who knows, unless Ray worked some more magic with the expedited motor build and tune.

Damn,it took forever to find a hotel close to the track(MIR)--We are staying at the best western if anyone wants to come party Saturday night

I should be able to come down on Saturday. I wanna see some drag racing again. And if Ernie comes down, that would be even better.

Where is Eld? Im comming from St marys so Its only like a 25 minute drive for me. Id like to meet up with everyone at the track though

Yes, but its only good up to around 35psi......so Ray pulled it from my car and put it in Kevin's (FD3Virgin) RX7. And Im STILL waiting for the damn machine shop to get done with my housings. I got an oversized bolt kit from Guru Motorsports to help prevent flex at high boost levels. Im aiming to have the car back in 2 weeks. Going to run around 38-40psi. Ray is the "Mad Scientist". I let him do his thing, then I do my thing on the track. Should take me long to shake the "rust" off.... Plust to top it off, its my son's birthday this weekend so if I scrammed out to go race, it wouldn't go over too well.
