NJ Title Question

I've searched google, yahoo, nj dmv/mvc site, and I can't find anything. Does anyone know what the term "Suffix" means right after the Vin/before the Car's year? I never knew what this meant, and it is really bothering me, I can't find anything about it.

suffix is for your name, not the car. like if your name is hairy ***** junior. your suffix is junior.

I know suffix as in your name, but on the title, at the top it says "Prefix", "Identification Number", "Suffix", "Year", "Make", "Model", and "Body Type". I was wondering what the suffix there meant. My T2 title has it blank, I've seen it with like "Z" there before.

I checked the dmv site, it's a waste, I found nothing.
