I work weekends so I would have to take the day off to go to the install meet anyway. So, the autoX is out. The weather outlook is not all that great either but that will probably change.

willub and company 04-08-08 10:00 PM

damn. well like i said before we could get a meet together for next month with all the NH/MA/RI guys.

foreignracer 04-09-08 03:35 PM

I had to go down to Andover today, damn your highways really suck. I thought NH's were bad put yours take the cake.

willub and company 04-09-08 04:18 PM

thanks :) and you didn't even go that far south!

that's why suspension is not really a priority on this car since it's my DD. if the roads were better i would slam it with harder than rock coilovers and call it a day but i think i would get concussions on every bump i hit. even in my fd i could feel every crack in the road.

foreignracer 04-11-08 06:52 PM

I am still thinking about the Brighton meet. Its too bad no other NH 7's want to head down. It really depends on the weather. I don't drive "it" in the rain.

grade247 04-11-08 07:14 PM

see I would if my 7 was up and yes I deff would not drive in rain with the advan
A032R tires on the rear lol

mylove=88rxseven 04-11-08 09:07 PM

I am from NH and I am going.
What is wrong with driving in the rain its fun and provides a challenge

I agree driving is some rainy weather is kindda fun but with R compounds on the rear that is just flat out stupid lol

mylove=88rxseven 04-12-08 12:26 AM

Ok I understand with R compound but otherwise there is no excuse to not drive in the rain. I drive mine all year round and I have summer tires on my car and I only got stuck once in a 14" snow storm we had and in my own driveway of all places. Needless to say I did not go to work that day lol. Next year I will definatly get snow tires lol.

I just don't drive the FD in the rain. Let me know if you want to meet up to head to the Brighton meet. I will most likely go if the weather is nice.

willub and company 04-12-08 08:51 PM

if there is one thing i love, it's driving an rx7 in the rain. it cleans the under carriage and it can be fun!

autox tomorrow bright and early!!!! check ner.org for directions!!

I guess Jaffrey is a bit out of the way for an easy meeting spot.

That will work as long as the weather holds out. Are you doing any work to it?
