I own a RX-7,this is what was posted.

As a Supra owner and an Evo owner, I thought we may be able to get a few Supras out to this meet in March....

I am thinking 3/18/07 at the White Marsh park and ride at 12 noon. I have already contacted someone to get some Subies there, If someone can post something on Supra, RX7, and SRT's forums that would be very helpful. I want this to be a huge meet. I'll also contact the Baltimore County Police Department White Marsh precinct that way we won't get kicked out...PM me for Directions

the Baltimore County Police and I have 2 rules
1. Pick up you're trash!
2. NO reckless driving (Burnouts, Drifting ect...)

Directions to the White marsh park and ride:
95 north
take exit 67B
Make a left at the first light Honeygo BLVD (make sure you are in the outer turn lane)
Bare to you're right before the next light and you should see some Evo's in the back

Bumping this back up, its almost only a week away now. I've seen that its spread to a bunch of different forums, so it should be quite big, hopefully like the old Woodbridge megameets for those that remember. Who's still planning on going?

 

i will be there in a friends sti, unfortunatly the FD will not be operational for this meet.

Anyone else from DC/Nova planning on going? Some VW people are meeting up at Tysons Corner and heading down together, I'll probably do the same thing. If anybody wants to join up just let me know.

 

I'll go, I've got some sanding painting left to be done on the new bumper and a few electrical bugs to work out but I've got all week to do it. Otherwise... I'll be pimping the 89 Volvo baaaaby! woot.

Heard about this while i was changing my plugs from a dsm owner. apparently it's circulated to all of the local auto forums.

and an invite was extended to us now. I was told that the fuzz (cops, popos, etc) know we're coming and intend to show up so no ricer flybys, burnouts, or other stupidity.

Too bad theres going to be a bunch of snow on the ground... I'm starting to hate MD.

I've heard that they could be trying to work this into a monthly thing so as long as it doesn't suck we should have a chance on weather for the rest of the season.

 

There's a chance of freezing rain/ some snow showers late tonight, but I doubt it will stick to the roads, and it shouldn't be a problem on Sunday. Damn weather, as soon as the weekend hits, the temps drop ~40 degrees and it starts raining.

That'd be great if this turned into a regular meeting, even though the drive is a bit far.

a group of us are meeting at the MD house on 95 before heading down to the meet I believe at noon pm.

 

I might meet you guys there then. Marylander House is like 5 minutes from my house. I will be there around 11:45 then.

 

mazda6guy... the people we were meeting at the MD house backed out so we're just going to meet in whitemarsh at this point.

 

It was short and the 7 turn-out was small. I hope they do it again though.

 

We had at least 9 rx7's show up... not all at the same time however. I suppose compared to the 9 BILLION Wrx's and EVO's.... it wasn't that much. I take comfort in not having my car lost in that crowd.
