a 20g is good for like 400+ hp on a wrx, i'm not sure exact size. he doesnt want to sell it but i keep pestering him. he's going with a gt35 on his new motor.

Steal his GT35. I hear those are badass on FCs.

i don't think it would make that much power on a rotary engine. user -=Lil Red=- is selling a masterpower t70 for like 500 bucks last time i talked to him, he doesn't have a forsale thread though, so PM him if you are interested. now that's a turbo to make some real power on.

Hey Ben, would you hate me if i ordered one 90 degree bend instead of 2x 45 degrees? it would be a lot cheaper on my side.

Any turbo will work, in theory, as long as you have a fitting manifold and a fitting downpipe.

BUT a small turbo will run out of steam faster, and a large turbo might not even spool so... best to choose wisely or look over lists of turbos etc.

id stick to something similar in size to the stock turbo then... otherwise your ECU wont be able to keep up with fuel demand and youll be running lean and... well **** breaks xD

yeah i would go with a BNR upgrade for the moment, or try and find an S5 turbo, i have one on my car and it packs a lot more kick than the S4 twinscroll.

just get the turbo you want and keep the boost near stock so your stock ecu will be able to give your engine the needed amout of fuel

say ur stock car has 8psi with a small turbo... and you put a big *** turbo in and keep the psi the same with a boost controler of course, then your fuel system will be able to handle it..

when i went from twins to my single conversion i was runnig the stock pump and injectors for about 6 month i kept the boost at 8 wich is about stock....i never had a problem.......

that works too. the only hard part about running a big turbo with factory sensors on the FC, a problem i am going to run into, is that when i switch turbos and go from a 2 inch inlet to a 4 inch inlet, i will have a hard time getting the factory MAF sensor to mate up to that inlet, something FDs don't have. my car won't run without it similar to if you unplug the FD MAP sensor. So i think i am going to end up wait until i upgrade computers to actually put the turbo on.

well if you unplug the MAP sensor is just runs like a giant bag of ****! xD

interestingly, we dont have MAF but we DO have Vane Air Flow sensor as well as the MAP sensor.

Yo izz, were set for next weekend then?

I actualy have an s5 turbo christian, it leaks though, it needs new seals, and probably to have the wastegate ported.
