Thanks, and it's only surface rust. It will all be gone by or on 3/14.

I was told that on a stock port FC engine that i could probably push the power to around 400, and i was also told that the turbo is in its efficient range around 16-18 PSI but can go to 20. I have a feeling though that i won't be running more than 10 on the street. I'm just excited to open the manifold up with the new tubular one. i'll check turbocalculator.com or some website like that. i haven't visited that domain in a while so that might be the wrong site.. so maybe it is efficient at 550 HP, and i'm assuming that isn't on a rotary. on a side note.. doesn't HKS use garrett turbos?

Yes, thats on a piston engine. HKS designs their own turbos and they're manufactured by Garrett Japan. A Garrett USA T04Z is similar, but not the same as a HKS T04Z.

yeah i was thinking of f38 tial but i cant find a place online i can trust thats its a real tial.you got any links or a place around me i can walk in and walk out with one. 90% on ebay are fakes. look at that cheap wastegate that came with the mani, note i did not know i was getting it. i wouldn't buy a no name thing like that.

yeah ill take you mani and turbo off your hands. is it a s4 or s5 i forget what series you car is i know its a 10th ae. i know one is a odd ball size turbo flange and the other is a t3 flange. i believe the s5 is the t3 flange. i feel dumb asking but hey iam a frist gen guy and a mustang guy. are your turbos water cooled or just oil going thou them. i know some cars have water going thou them or i miss read some thing in my turbo how to book.

o yeah dont flame me for posting my mercury rs turbo capri mani (mustang ) yes its a stock inline 4 banger turbo . me and my buddy are building it to blow away honda's cant wait for the look on there faces when a mercury beats them

Remember I asked at the Ultimate Cruise Night what springs were purple? I'm pretty sure they are Intrax. The PO of my car was jewish so it can't be any kinda good quality springs.
