man that is a stupid law. but referring to REtuna, i think he is talking about all the ricers that line main street Worcester on any given saturday night and rev there engines. the cops don't like that. as long as you are in a parking lot though, the cops leave you alone for the most part in that area. one time i met these kids with MR2s and we pulled over to talk and the cops showed up and just yelled at us saying to find a parking lot.

Just got back from Andy's place up in Winchendon. Got some good parts for the T2 swap. THANKS again Andy for good parts at a good price(worth the 6 1/2 hr. roundtrip drive). Saw his new FC first hand, VERY nice buy. Car looks sweet! Sounds even better! Props to Andy! You'll get plenty of drifting practice on that ice road that you live on... lol!!! I even made it back home w/ the hood in one piece and still in the back of my truck...lol!!!

I'm glad everything made it back to ct. safely Russ, the only thing about drifting on my icey road is the fact that its going to happen weather you want it or not. haha. cant wait to check out your car when its up and running too.
I actualy got pulled over tonight on my way home on route 2. the guy gave me no reason and just checked that i had my papers and let me go. and as he was walking away he yelled back to me "i pulled you over because of the exhaust" but thats kinda crazy because the exhaust isn't very loud....... i think i've decided that it must be boring sitting on the side of a road waiting for a law to be broken in front of your eyes. I think he just did it because he was bored, thats what i'd do, just do it for the conversation. : )

That sucks Andy and that is a complete BS excuse to pull you over. Your right, your exhaust ISN'T that loud at all. The cops must all come out at night because we saw only two local cops on the whole trip and they were in Orange I think, just past the snowmobile dealership/stoplight on Rt. 2. There's a sharp uphill lefthand turn and some Neon railed the snowbank because the corner was a sheet of ice. There were two cops slowing down traffic and a plowtruck was sanding the corner. Besides that we only saw a couple of staties down Springfield ways on 91. BTW thanks for the directions back, worked out great(Rt.2 to 91). To hell w/ mapquest!!! Your theory about the bored cops sounds about right, probably what I'd do too!

3 s's? i know one of them is snow, but what are the other 2?
I'm going to try not to have to drive it in the snow and stuff, but it is the only car that i personally own, so if my parents both have their cars, then i'll have to. But most days my dad works from home, so his car is just sitting in the yard most of the time and he doesnt mind me using it. i just drove it yesterday because i was too excited not to. haha.

Salt Sand and Snow of course! I decided that I'm going to start a trend with that saying, and I have to start using it and get people asking what it means! Good to here of the excitement though, are you breaking in the engine properly?
