FYI Guys, from what I understand, New England Dragway is suppoto hold a sanctioned rallyX (im assuming ner scca) at the end of this month (feb 24 or 28? )

I'm not 100% sure on the date i just herd though management today and figured i pass it along

I will talk to the marketing manager tomorrow if i can track him down and get a sure answer

 

i will have to rip it up in the lincoln towncar! rear wheel drive and a v8 baby, the ultimate rally xer. did anyone know they were going to clean up the ne forum like that?

 

so who is down for a spring meet this year? we should start planning now so we can get some FDs there *cough* Rick *cough*. who will be down in april?

Where would the meet be? My car should be together for spring.. just took it apart to fix some small things

 

it's always funny when meets are to be planned, and everyones biggest concern is whether or not their RX-7 is going to be ready for the event.

with that said my car should be good for april. count me in.

my *** will be there for sure. its Mia's (the RX-7) *** im not sure about. she 'should' be ready, though. my seats and roll bar should be in this monday or tuesday, so i just need to bring them down and have them installed and it should be done within a couple weeks after that.

i am going to the Rally-X on the 24th, so if anyone in the central massachusetts area wants to go, i have room in my car. im just going to be spectating, so dont expect any fun rides.

 

I'll probably go to rally cross and watch Mike drive. what seats did you get?!?!?!?! pictures and or links needed.

anyone know of anyone selling a decent older suby? i'm looking for a car, my truck is almost 200k miles..... it's time i was thinking if i have to get an n/a suby, then i guess i would go for the older 4wd ones rather than awd. what do you guys think?

yeah, ive had a 94 legacy, and a 2003 2.5rs. and my parents have a forester. subaru's are definetly the way to go living in new england. but what do you think about the full time 4wd subaru's compared to the awd? i'm hoping for a 2.5 liter, but i'll be fine as long as it isnt the 1.8. haha.

i agree, rick, the 7 surpasses the suby, but the suby is the best winter car anybody could ever own.

 

the subaru doesnt act up nearly as much as the RX-7.

-Sparco Single Sub Belts for Driver and Passenger Side (to convert 4pts into 5pts.)

now i just need to run it all down to Jesse's and get my car squared away for Spring. i should be good for an April meet.

 

worse case scenario, ill show up at the meet in the Legacy

i'm now looking at that 10ae in the link above, i am going to check it out. see if it's worth getting to fix. i may have that for the april meet......if it's as good as it seems.......
