i am at wachusett almost daily, im working up there this year. let me know when your're going up. my last finaly for school is monday morning, so i'll probably be up there a ton next week.

I think I want to go snowboarding at least once this winter. February-like though since I won't have any decent disposable income until then.

Matt B getting an FD? are the rumors true. is the car has 17k on it, then it is probably a gem that runs very well and you will have few problems with it.

 

I was up at WaWa last Monday and the Friday before that. I have a bronze pass, so I'll probably be going a good bit this year.

No, I hardly ever go near the park so I wouldn't even think of hitting that thing. I'm from Shrewsbury.

I drove to New York this weekend to pick up the new track car. Paddy and I have a fair amount of work to do. It should be fun and very fast when we're done. Plans for the motor/turbo are still up in the air, but Bill at DSG convinced us to go with a dogbox transmission since it will be a track only car.








Clare helped us clean out the garage to make space. We found 16 bottles of antifreeze. I don't know what the hell we're doing with 16 bottles of the stuff. And there were probably about 6 half bottles of ATE brake fluid and enough oil to fill the Exxon Valdez.

Pete- awesome find, and good luck with it. (yea i said it already on NASIOC, but i figured 1 more isnt bad,) the car is going to be a monster once you guys are done with it.

 

does that car already have an sti engine in it? nice find Pete! i'll definitly have to stop by some time and check it out. when are you free, or should i say, do you mind if i stip by at all?

 

Yes, it has a 2.5 USDM STi engine in it, along with STi forged aluminum control arms, STi shocks, STi sway bars and H&R springs. I already have a set of Stoptechs and Tein Flex coilovers that will be going on and a set of forged BBS/STi wheels with race rubber. Then we have to cage it and install the Recaros I had in my RX7.

yeah Andy, that is his car and it can occasionally be seen around. he took it off the road about 3 weeks ago. we went out like a month ago on Saturday night to f*** with ricers before the weather got too cold and nasty (like that will ever happen). does your friend drive a 7?

i'm definetly in for f1 boston the 7th. my friend might want to come also.
my friend doesnt drive a 7, he looked at them for a while, and found a nearly perfect 1990 n/a but he didnt buy it because "it smokes when you start it up, he's kinda a wimp. he's not very good at working on cars. so he got a saab and he's doing some stuff to that.

oh yeah, rick. let me know if you wanna snowboard, i'm pretty much free until jan. 18th. besides a little bit of work. chances are i'll be up there alot since i just got my work pass.

andy- im planning on hitting up the mountain every chance i get. my count's up to 4 thus far, i need to get at least 4 more to make my pass worth it (i have a feeling that wont be hard at all) ill definitely let you know next time i go up.

My car smokes a little on start up. all 7's smoke a little on start up, it is the nature of the car! as long as i goes away after a minute or so, your good. let me re-phrase that actually. my car smokes on start up on below 40 degree days. hot days, not at all. tell your friend to get a 7 and join the family Andy!

 

seriously, we gotta get more 7's around. it's just more fun that way.
