Any meets around the Boston area? I am out here for the weekend and wanted to see some rotarys

 

I live South of the city by about an hour. Just off of Cape Cod. You could come see my REPU,and SA if you want. No meets this time of year, or really ever it seems, but there are a few of us rotary guys around.

 

I'd love to see that repu.

I feel like I'm the only perso. That drives there rotary car in the snow . Would kill for a repu for the winter and rat rod it up lol.

 

My Newest fc should be running soon! Just ordered some guages that i needed, and i am picking up a laptop this week so i can check all of the settings on the Haltech. Should have the motor together again by the end of the week. Hoping to have it running before xmas/snow!

nice! that sounds like a fun car! i did some work on my friends 04 sti with a slowboyracing 20g. it was a blast to drive! My forester has served me well, but i am starting to take the mods off and at some point next year am trading it in. it has 170k on it and it is time to look for something new and slower(if my fc is going to be plenty fast). the forester right now with a vf34 and stock turboback exhaust is still faster than a stock sti, so it is fun supprising people all silently. it was certainly way faster with the full exhaust on it, but it is nice to have one quiet car.

 

yup, downpipes on subies make a world of difference. catback, not so much. Anyways, what are you looking to get for it? I'm looking for a beater myself.

yeah, i am on nasioc, same user id as here. i havent been on there for a bit. I would be looking to get like $6000 for it. It needs a new clutch soon(throw out bearing is starting to make noise),and the old whiteline end links i have on the front click, but everything else on it is great. Just replaced the throttle body last week.

 

throw a downpipe back on it and you are in the high 13's again. haha.

 

ndy i should have my vert on the road this spring so get yours done!!!!! jeremy just got the rest of his parts in and he should have his on the road shortly

Just pulled the engine harness for my car, it seems that the guy i bought it from snagged the map sensor and some other things without mentioning to me that they were taken. so i pulled the harness to make sure everything is there. should be good to go by the time the snow clears. Very little money left to spend, just some time to put in.

 

If any one wants to meet up I'm in the Lowell area weekends are the best for me.
Once my house is done being fixed I can start doing welding and fab jobs . Luie needs work too hahahaha

fc3sfreak415(luis) is coming to help me peice my car the rest of the way together soon, should be running in the next couple of weeks. then i can just mess with interior parts and figure out how much interior i want. No point in registering it until march i figure.
