And now you understand the reason that the ONLY place you can legally "loiter" in Glen Burnie is the Dunkin Donuts. Though the cops tried very hard, the owners would not allow people to be ticketed for trespassing at any time. They want the sales dollar too much to run the risk of losing customers.

The lot isn't all that big, but if you get a spot, you can sit there in front of your car for the entire night and you'll never get a ticket. Don't park at the seafood place next door though - they have a standing order with a towing company to to any vehicles on their lot after they close for the night, and a lot of people found out the hard way.

Yeah, 60 in a 45. I don't think I was actually going *that* fast. But he said he was waiting for us. "The group was my priority, but then you pulled out in front of me." I didn't but he's wearing the badge so w/e. I'll go to court if I can make it and try to get it shot down, take traffic school since it's my first ticket in forever. That in and of itself is amazing. Anyhow, i should be out next weekend, but my budget for stupid is running low.

I went there a couple times in the summer but there was really no meet just a place where we went after we got kicked out of kmart to re group. I was regular at the kmart and crofton meet untill my FD and my FC blew up and now it is cold and not rx7s so what the point. Would like to meet some other rx7 owners. I had a black t2 and a red fd that was stock on the outside with the r1 package if you guys have seen me. Try to rep the 7's anywhere i go gb, dundalk, dorsey, and anywhere else the crew was going.

SO I walked around for about 2 hours (absolutely amazing BTW) in stunned silence. On the way out, I saw a white Bricklin in the parking lot! Wow. I've only ever seen one at the BBQ a few years ago. Then I turned around and saw another...and another...and ANOTHER. There were 8! Must have been a club drive for the day, one had Ontario plates. I was way too tired to wait around for the drivers, tho I was tempted...

And I didn't have my camera...
There was a meet there, in Santa Rosa, from Sunday through Thursday--I didn't go though. They did a winery drive on Monday. At the meet in Gettysburg last June there were over 40 Bricklins and 300 DeLoreans.

my Rx-7 is now down and turboless

hopefully turn around time at BNR will be relatively quick. I checked the shaft play on my turbo that isn't even a year old (it didn't move at all when I put it in) and it was already pretty bad. I think my car just likes eating turbos.

it's a happy occasion

I sent him the money already a while ago so it shouldn't take too long, I'm already in the queue. Me and Ken were tuning on the highway a week or 2 ago and hit over 20 psi by accident Hopefully after the wastegate gets ported even more it won't be as bad. and I should be able to run between 12 and 15 psi fine with the new cold side, I'll have to see how the stock interwarmer handles that though...

(it'll be a stage 2 BNR with the 360 thrust bearing if anyone wants to know)

new windshield, new console surround!

So I finally broke down and bought new warning light and console surrounds from MazSport on eBay and now have a complete dash of un-broken/glued plastic
Also getting new windshield, probably tomorrow, with all new surrounds and gaskets.
I love overtime pay
Next: new top (which I need WAY more than I needed new surrounds!!)

Hey everyone. I recently sold my 1985 rx7 and the buyer did not want my Konig Rewind rims with tires. If anyone is interested in buying them I am selling them for $500. Tires are practically brand new...less than 1000 miles. Rims are in mint condition. These are Konig Rewind 15x7 with bolt pattern 4x110 and a 20mm off set. The tires are Falken Ziex 205/50/15.

cheers

Is Sunday the 30th ok for everyone? or is it too close to thanksgiving. I'll probably have my turbo back by then.

We can do it on the 23rd too, but I probably won't be able to bring my 7, but I don't mind if it works out better for other people.

FUDDS MEET!!!! (if you don't come you're dumb)

https://www.rx7club.com/ne-rx-7-forum-30/fuddruckers-meet-columbia-md-sunday-november-23rd-2008-a-800450/

just talked to Bryan at BNR, and I should have my turbo back next week sometime, so I decided to have the fudds meet on the 23rd so it doesn't interfere too much with turkey day.
