My original question still stands....

At least one cylinder should have the keycode on it... Unless they folowed the forum advice:
Don't stamp it.
Then you're just slightly fucked.

Oh, and new pics up from my van engine swap.
The stock VW engine that's going to be swapped into the van(+turbo):

The Chevy engine that came out of the van:

That's all I have for now. (some of the pictures are reposts, just better organized)

You also need a screwdriver or chisel... Failing that, a smaller and flatter rock. Make one from a larger rock with your other large rock if need be.
That should get the lock cylinder out.
Seriously. Remove the door panel. The cylinder is held in by a small "U" shaped spring clip... It's attached to the mechanism with small plastic clips. Remove the plastic clip and the spring clip and you're golden.
You don't even need to get it out... You could just look up in there with a broken off CD and a flashlight. Alls you need is the code.

Took out the passenger lock and there was no code to be found....
Ahh well, at least I can take it to a locksmith and probably get a cheaper price to get new keys now

lol, I totally forgot about that... Thanks for the head's up...
But when Jason and I took a look at it, it was gunked up pretty badly... I think the reason my key never worked in it was due to it being so damn dirty...

I just realized, I never knew your key didn't work in the passenger's side...
It's my lawyer's Benz E300 that had it's cylinder replaced... And it's the DRIVER's side that doesn't work with the stock key...
I work on too many freaking cars. I need a database or something.

I'm getting a new wiring harness in sometime this week, so I'll be good to go for lights etc. Now to straighten the dash out and put it back together.
Then the engine...
Looks like I'll need a new starter. dunno about clutch yet. I'll prolly buy mike's turbo. then oil and **** needs to be run for the turbo -.-!!! so much hassle.
At least the megasquirt will be operating fine.
oh... and if anyone has a stock intercooler that I could have lemme know. i'm thinking about sticking one up the left side air intake and I think the stock rx7 unit would fit perfectly.
