Everyone else who cares: I got my MegaSquirt V3 board yesterday... I'm going to try to build it sometime next week. Most likely I'll be using it to run the hachiroku.... probably going to use ms2 once the next batch comes out... and I've finished porting msns-extra to the ms2.

I have a 1987 s4 base model 7 that I'm parting everything out of to pay for my new 7 project.

I have everything and a sunroof that I know werks. I had planned to put it in the car but never got around to it.

Anyone with an engine hoist near baltimore lemme know, I need to use one on saturday to get my van engine out and into the garage and then onto an engine stand (and the other rx7 engine I have onto a stand)

 

I'm gonna be the one towing it obviously. I told him there's no point in bringing it over unless it's ready for the MS to be put in. The turbo and exhaust manifold are off, the intake is apart. The CAS is out and not properly aligned...

I'll go up to his place and help him reinstall all the manifolds and such and connect the harness to the appropriate sensors, injectors, and such. Basically get it all ready for connecting to the MS...

Once we get that done, it might even run on an N/A map. Just wire the Wastegate open so that it won't boost and we can drive it down... Otherwise, we'll tow it down then and tune it.

I don't think it'd be good to have in front of your house for a long time. Just long enough for you to help up with what we need and get it out. You've got enough cars there already.

 

You can use mine. You remember how to get to my house? I'll be home from work around 3 pm Friday, then going to work at midnight until about 7 am. Let me know if you're coming to borrow it.

Don't worry about the CAS, it has to be aligned slightly different from stock anyway.

Oh, and for those of you I haven't already told, I FINALLY FIXED ROTARY TRAILING! I tested it last night with a CAS and IT WORKS... If anyone wants to know what the problem was I can point it out in the code in person if you're at my house...
