Ma, Usa Rx7 Owners!!!
hey, im gng to be getting my RX7 this summer. But i wanted to know if there was anyone from ma, usa who also owns a rx7. I really doubt that there will be as many as there are in other states, mainly because of our crapy racing weather. If you are a mass resident and have a rx7: are there any rx7 clubs here? any kinds of rx7 meets? rotary shops? Also if there arnt any clubs or summits and things like that, we can all start one up!

Hey... I'm a MA resident, moved here from NJ about a year ago. I have a silver 93 Touring with various upgrades, as well as a stock (for now) 00 Prelude (15.09 sec @ 92.3 mph) and a modified 91 Sentra SE-R (14.8x @ 93.3 mph).
I haven't heard much about RX7 clubs in this area (MA is Subey land ;), but I do frequent New England Dragway (NED) in Epping NH where I've seen a few other FD3S running.
As for RX7 shops, I'm slightly familiar with Primespeed in Marblehead, I've spoken with Barry and Kevin there, but haven't done any business with them personally. They run a pretty fast (low 11's) single turbo RX7.

hey guys, there is a massachusetts rx7 club although it is hardly noticeable, I think we should vamp it up and get it into high gear when you guys get your rx7's. There is also a tri state rx7 club, I just bought my FD with 31k on but I am reapairing it as I stopped it from going into the scap heap at the junkyard. We can revive a club, or make our own, let me know Im willing to co-ordinate, and I run my own performance shop in mass so Ill give discounts, I dont tune comp or cars though

I'm from Lexington
I'm from lexington Mass, and I have a '93 Touring Silver, which leads me into this comment: After never meeting another Clint my entire life, I find out that there is one in my area that drives the same exact car.

wassup i'm from Brighton MA, with a red touring with some minor mods, always wanting to meet other fd owners around the way. I know a good mechanic who charges cheap compared to primespeed and he knows his ****.

I'm from Lynn, MA I have a 93 VR R1. I'm up at the dragway 3 times a month in the spring/summer. There are a lot more FD owners in mass then you think. Barry is a good friend of mine, he just opened his own shop called BPR in salem and I gotta tell you, I haven't met anyone in mass who knows his sh*t more then barry does. There are a lot of FDs he has built and tuned that are not on this forum. We should have a meet and cruise up to the track 1 spring day. Who ever that's interested, post here.

Hey guys I am West springfield, ma. I have a 93 VR R1 stock. It would be great to all hang at some time. I have ran into a couple of guys here in Western mass. There is the tristate RX7 group. It consists mostly of NY,NJ and Ct but there are some guys in MA on it. I know you are looking for a RX7. I saw a couple of real deals and mint set ups in Ct. PM me and I'll let you what I found. We definately all have to skate to a track or get together. Keep me posted. email is rdunn@rmortho.com

the price isn't bad. I paid 13 for mine 4 years ago. It needed some bodywork then, and still does! That's going to be the next project. You can get a pretty nice car at that price.
We should probably get together someday. I haven't seen many local 7s upclose & personal. What do you guys think?

dont hate me for this, but i dont think i will be getting a rx7 anymore. I have been scared off from buying it. I am way too scared its gonna die on me. I know very little about car mechanics, so i will be helpless if this happens. Im gng on to college soon, and a dead car would kill me.

red 3rd gen sighting on Rt 95
Not sure if I should be posting this here, but anyway...
A friend of mine driving a modified white Nissan Sentra SE-R got into a little non-race with a red 3rd gen this morning on Rt 95. He said it was red, with darkly tinted windows, aftermarket wheels and an exhaust, maybe also rolling on an upgraded suspension. After the non-race, the 3rd driver and my friend exchanged a flash of headlights and a thumbs up (or something like that).
Is the driver of this RX7 signed onto RX7Club.com?
Lemme know

Whattup guys, my name is Bert and i own a silver FD and im in the Boston North shore area! i got a good guy in Lawrence by the name of Alex working on my FD and things have been great!
First year of ownership i brought it running to this guy Louis.. (wankelworks) and it left his garage on a tow (incompetent), then i dumped thousands into primespeeds hands to get it running for me and they've failed to do so, constantly setting me up for failure. Charging me for work they did not do "rear main seal" shitty *** "full tune" and more! ...
NOW ITS FINALLY A WORK IN PROGRESS!
dont forget! PRIMESPEED SUCKS!
see y'all around
