NJ I want a rx-7 but dont know which one!

I'm looking to get an RX-7 but need to know which one I need to for it to go BRAP BRAP BRAP BRAP. My friend told me that only the FC's or something like that only makes those noises. I need to know if I can jus strait pipe any rx7 to make it go brap brap.

The noise you're talking about is a function of the engine porting/timing/tuning, and less about the chassis it is in. It's usually called bridgeport, peripheral port, or aggressive porting in general.

I would caution anyone to buying a car based on cool sounds it makes. You seem like you need to do some more research to find out if owning an Rx7 is right for you. There is plenty of information on this board if you doing some browsing and searches.

Do you own an RX7? as kyle stated its from porting from street port, bride port, semi pp to full pp. Dyno tuning cost at min 600+ but remote tuning could be cheaper or more expensive depending whos doing it.

To get it to brap is not a tune. Its a porting job that the motor has to be opened and ported. Brideports that make the brap cost about atleast $800 to port. Not including opening the engine and closing it . Thatll be another 1000 or so. Then depending if its na or turbo youll deff need a tune. Na u can prolly change some jets in the carb n get away with it.

I don't think you're seeking legitimate knowledge here...
