in addition i did buy 1600lbs. injectors for the fuel system. my car is going to get out of the shop on saturday, it is being predicted that my car should make an easy 400-425hp. on the dyno. i read that some of you guys are having another meetup and i would like to know if i could come to it and ''shoot the bull'' with you guys so to speak. my # 502- 471-4735.

I dunno if you guys know about the meetups at the freedom car wash on independence in va beach. Usually at around 9 or 10pm on Friday and Saturday lots of people come. I went last saturday and was the only 2nd gen. I'll be there this friday and saturday as well. i'll be in my black 87 t2

 

I might try to come out this weekend too. look for a black vert

that guy purchased that car from ny, I think that guy is from va beach, I was parked in the back with some cars from ultraspeed

my car is a disaster, the shop has had it for damn near a month and they can only get it to boost 10lbs. thats pretty sad considering the car was boosting 15lbs. when they received it. how can you add over 3 grand of aftermarket parts and get less horse power? i took my car from the shop and i'm forced to take a special trip down to south carolina to a specialist at rx7world to get this thing right. please do you have any suggestions?????

Yes, that was me. I went to Bridgeport, Ct for the toyota meet and the Old School Toyota Car Club of Bridgeport invited the Mazda. A lot of cars, BBQ, made a lot of friends, etc.

I am also a member of the Vintage Mazda Rotary Club of CT (VMRC). I am the VA "Chapter" representative.

In the video you can see my family, the Cosmo and me. There is also fellow members of VMRC and their families.

Best paint went to Pito's RX-3

Best overall car of the show went to Gus' RX-3 which was also featured in "My Classic Car". That car has a lot of "bling" in it. Inside, outside and underneath of it. It is truly a work of art. You can see parts, gold plated, chrome plated, earl's fittings, stainless, etc.

That weekend was one of the best car shows and Car Club comraderie I have ever seen and witnessed. It was truly a great event.

I will go over there next year.
