Hey rizzxx7, dragon, or anybody local using powerfc. You can send me your maps and let me make some suggestions. I've got like 20 base maps I have created for different injector/turbo configurations to compare to. If you don't have the datalogit box (you should!) you can always stop by the shop and let me view the handheld. I will need to know what boost pressure you're running, what size injectors you are using, and base fuel pressure would be nice. Email is adunlap280 at yahoo.com

david does your shop do inspections? im getting a 3rd gen soon and was wondering how much to look my rx7 over? and make recomendations as to what is needed to be repaired. the car is coming from NC and im not to sure if they have inspections...

btw the mustang is being sold haha. the GT is just not me i guess and the car felt like a rolling brick.....hate to see it gone but the car is worse on gas then a rx7 would ever be ..................... .... ... .. .

Awwww, and I thought you were going turbo with that thing? I've actually got plans right now to switch up the shop mustang from nitrous to a single turbo, EFI setup this summer. That dang bottle needs to filled about every day! Plus we had problems with the high compression 331 stroker. So were going 302 9.0cr R-block with all the forged goodies But your right, stock GT's suck. You gotta build a motor or boost it to get any kind of real # outa them.

Why the hell would you buy a 3rd gen. You know they are a curse. Oh ya, and they steal money out of your wallet when you're not looking Are u selling the FC then? I would be glad to look it over for you.

nah im keeping my FC .
im just getting rid of the mustang to make room for the 3rd gen haha =).
also did the math of so much horse power and what is needed for both cars and the stang would need more motor work to reach the same outcome as the rx7 would do... which is kinda sad if you think about it coming from a muscle car?
i think also the fact of when i raced my classmates gt mustang with the kenny bell charger on it , that didnt surprise me at all..... mine being all bolt ons and his with a charger and he couldnt walk my stang was really sad.
SO HAH yeah i just wanted a 3rd gen for so long in my life and im ready to finally get one for myself! i am going to leave it stock for the most part till i can do all the research on this car and make it a decent daily driver for a while..
