Just to let you know I just got a new job!! It's just a five month contract job for CSC ( Computer Sciences Corp ) doing Java work. No benefits, but it's a W-2 job (vs 1099) and 20% more money than my old job. And better yet, I get paid for every hour I work (vs being salary and not getting paid for hours over 40 per week)!! Looks like it's going to be a VERY Merry Christmas at my house!

OK, I bought an 88 RX-7 about one year ago. I need a shop or mechanic in the Hampton Roads area that can look at the car and tell me what needs to be done. It used to run, but...well long story. I can say that I believe I was entirely ripped off on some so called "repair work". Every shop I have contacted tells me they don't do rotary engines. Any help here would be appreciated. The car belongs to my daughter and she really does not want to give it up. Can't blame her, the few times I was allowed to drive it, I fell in love with the way it handled. Thanks.

hahahahh , yea that works for me , i just rebuilt an engine tonight and had a apex corner seal shoot out and its gone , my garage is so cluttered , it could be anywhere . i looked for over an hour with no luck , looks like i'll be ordering one tomm , damn another delay, sorry Greg give me an extra few days and you will be up and running ,

Yoshi, Congrats on the new job. Benefits are a big deal, hope it leads to more good things for you.
I have posted the next meet for us. Some of the times might change depending on the hours at AIK. Rumor is they are chaninging hours. They have changed the track so it will be new for all of us.

He guys. I'm (still) trying to sell an engine, transmission, and a GSL-SE suspension. Shocks/springs not included.
Engine: 12a. Rebuilt and streetported with about 1k miles on it. $800
Transmission: Off an 85 GS. Works to my knowledge just fine. $50
Suspension: Rear axle has had the oil seals and bearings on the axle replaced. Turned discs, new pads. Diff. is currently out of the axle, needs to be set up properly. Fronts Need new pads/turned rotors. $250
Don't mean to blow up the board, just trying to get these things off my hands. PM me or e-mail rowelljl@vcu.edu.

can anyone help me check my wastegate? not sure if it's working properly, so hopefully someone has a pump or compressor and knowledge of how to do this. Thanks guys!!
