it seems I have a fuel system depressurizing issue which has caused my troubles over the last couple days. I would be flooding pretty bad Id imagine if it were the injectors. could it be the check valve in the fuel pump?

I suppose it's possible, but I haven't heard of that check valve failing. At least not in the forums. Are you getting alot of black/gray smoke on startup?
Any fuel smell in the engine bay?

The verdict is....
The alternator is bad. Had it tested at two shops. Got a line on a used one from one of the guys on the forum. Hopefully I can get it by the weekend. Well, with the alt out at least I have some room to change out a couple of solenoids and realign my IC. BTW, looks like the IC has a small pinhole....
Thanks for the advice Dwayne!

Hey Ian, I put up a poster on the telephone pole in front of your house. Our chihuahua is missing. Give me a call if you see him.
BTW, I stopped and talked to the owner of the black FB across the street from you. Nice guy, name's Rob. Got to take a peek at his car, very very nice.

Installed alternator, busted my index finger, replaced the wastegate and turbo pre control soleniods, fixed my IC alignment, busted then fixed the wiring to the alt, inspected parts of the OMP lines (they seem AWFULLY loose, maybe they're busted??), and found my dog. Busy day yesterday... This morning I'll reinstall the IC piping and start up the car. I'm hoping everything I did will fix my boost and idle issues. Wish me luck!

She's ALIVE!!!!
She's runnin' again! Idling kinda high though. I think it's because I adjusted the idle while the alt was going down hill. The PFC reads 14.3v so it's lookin' good!
