I must admit , that my language her has not been the best , but Im still ticked off that so many fellow members have not voiced their concern about this matter . I spelled every thing out and got no intelligent reply from the offender . This club is suppose to be a way that all local RX 7 owners can get together and see each others car and support one another . I feel that all the help I gave Sean was a stab in the back and felt compelled to voice the truth , so that others did not fall into this loosers trap . It might look like " jerry springer " but the truth is the truth. I had nothing to do with his computer getting stolen , and I'm sure after cuts enough grass "other people " will help him get the car back on the road . But I was really hoping to get the clubs support . I have always helped anyone who I could . I will continue to make post about this "piece of **** " and hope my fellow members do not hold it against me . If ANYONE has any suggestions or complaints , I wish you would PM me 1st

Thanks in advance

Va

Pics of the floor!

I've only got a row left, then the edging.

Since all the furniture was out of the room, I figured it would be a good time to fab up some brackets to hold the surround speakers to the fence:

So whatcha think of my amateur job, Kenny?

Hey Ian, I put sliders on the bottom of the furniture. Should be alot easier to move now, lol.

Greets to all. I've been to one of the local meetings and am interested in finding someone that would be willing to help out with an engine rebuild of my 93 FD. I'm mechanically inclined and willing to assist in the process. I want to learn from someone that's comfortable doing rebuilds. My car has 110K and still runs strong, just smokes like hell on startup. Anyone willing to help pls PM with phone number and we can talk specifics. Thanks!

awesome. glad you got the rotary running good renegade.

as for me everyone, my tranny and starter are bolted up. i have to get a peice of iron to make a brace like the rotary resurrection write up says to. interior still needs some work... like some seats and wiring, but mainly minor stuff left.

If it were me , I'd just rebuild the whole thing , since you have it out of the car and torn down . Just my 2 cents

calvin suggests a DIY approach to alignment:
http://racecarstuff.com/?page_id=2

If you are going to pay for one anyway, I have been relying on Merchants Tire (Tire Kingdom). For ~$150 you can buy a 5-year alignment package with unlimited alignments. I have one for the RX7 and the Pathfinder. It is transferrable (one time).

Before every track event, I have the RX7 aligned. Interestingly, I give them my alignment specs and they do it. My specs for the RX7 are FAR from a stock alignment (-2.5 camber, 1/32 toe OUT front, and -1.5 camber, 0 toe rear), but they do it. Usually they comment that the suspension has been completely replaced, and everything under the car is spotless - probably because the rest of the car doesn't look very good).

Good Luck, and put that car on the track!

I would do something close to setup, but since the suspension is all stock, i will try to keep close to stock specs. I wish I was still in knoxville, the guy I used to use, did something close to what your set-up is. It worked great, I dont have the values anymore that he used, but it worked great and helped with tire wear ALOT. Anyway thanks for info! I dont know about putting on the track this year, still my daily driver and has about 100,000 on the reman, so trying to keep going for awhile longer. Next year yes it will, when i plan to get a rx8, the 7 will be the weekend car.
