Here is the info about the meet:
Hampton Roads Mazda Rotary Car Club August Meetup
Tentative until I can make sure it is OK with Dan, but I don't expect there is a problem.
Anyway it is a great venu, and Awful's always does good thing for us.
When:
Saturday, August 19, 2006 at 4:00 PM
This is United Mazda RX7 Meetup Day
Where:
Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar and Seafood Reaturant
1630 General Booth Blvd, Suite #100
Virginia Beach, VA 23454
757-426-7300
Notes:
I am scheduling it a little early this time so that maybe we can leave and go catch the cars doing the cruise night at Jenro's.

Ok This is the online spreadsheet I created for the rotary club t-shirts. I put the ones listed on here and the ones I could remember from last night. I am sure I forgot some. If yours are not correct let me know. If you have a ?? at the end of your line, let me know if it is correct. If you know someone else who doesn't look on the web site that want's some, let me know. Either post it here or PM or email me. Help me get it finalized as soon as possible.
Here is the link to the spreadsheet

Let me know if that does not work...

Eh, don't worry about it quite yet. Paypal will be fine when we get the amonts, etc exact just to be sure. My wife should be placing the shirt order today. I had hoped to get 2 dozen, and worried we might not sell them all, but now I am going to get 3 dozen I think, which should get us a few extra just in case someone likes them and wants an extra or whatever.
Again check what I have you listed for on this list:
http://numsum.com/spreadsheet/show/28443
Feel free let me know if something needs correcting or updated. I am not sure we are going to get all of the colors yet, but we'll see..
Also.... Regina (my wife) is going to have a sample made up of a polo type shirt with a small embroidered emblem on the pocket. She will get me a sample and an aproximate cost if anyone is interested in one of those. I am not taking any orders yet, just letting you know that it might happen.
You guys have any good ideas for a September meet location? I am thinking about getting us a park location (since things should be a little cooler in September) and arrange a small car show maybe with some trophies and stuff?
