Monty, I was very busy since I got back from VIR and was not able to get up with you and Kenny.
Anyone interested in that FD the guy has for sale in Richmond? He is giving everyone a last chance before he sends it to a body shop for some small things and a repaint and an equal increase in price. Here is the link to info if you are interested:

Well, I thought I was gonna get a hookup on a paintjob, but it fell through. Looks like I'm goin to maaco.
Calvin, I'll be coming by to pick up parts around the 9th. Let me know what works for you. Hey, and let me know if you've got something worked out to fix fc calipers to a fb rear axle. My brother is parting out his 90 GLX(i think that's what it is), and I want to steal his brakes instead of trying to hunt down -se calipers if I can avoid it.
20B3rdGen: Did you get my pm from a week or so ago? I'm pretty sure I remember sending one. Anyways, I know you said you work on tuning efi cars, buuut, is there any way we could work something out sometime where we could hook up a wideband just so I can get some idea of where I stand on tuning without having to spend a large amount of money I dont have for my own wideband? Thanks.

Dale Blnkenship is the person to talk to at Maaco. He is a good guy and is on the Hampton Roads site.
I haven't worked out the details of the rear brakes yet, but If you get close I will try to hurry up with my development efforts on the rear. If your brother does part out his 90, get the brakes of of it. I can probably work it out a couple of different ways for you. If his car has the small '90 brakes (is it 4 bolt or 5 bolt wheels?) you might be able to use your old rotors. If not then I know how it will still work.
The SAAC event was huge Johny. I was really impressed, and everone else I have talked to from Florida, to Canada thinks it is the best event ever on the east coast, so there is good possibility that it will happen here again in a few years. They sort of rotate the event around the country. They are talking about the new Miller Motorsports Park next year, then probably somewhere around Dearborne, MI, then probably west coast or northeast, then maybe back here.
This link has my pictures of the SAAC event if anyone is interested.

the motor has no leaks. comprestion is still good on her and i kept up with all the oil changes on it. the motor would still be in my car if i didnt get the speed bug.....

You need to have a O2 bung on your downpipe. If you dont have a bung on your exhaust I can weld one on, or any muffly shop can do it. You will have to remove the downpipe to drill and weld it. You will need to have several jets available to tune the low(idle jet), mid and high loads(main jet). This takes some time to do properly, but I will check what days I have off and we can try to get together. I would prefer to get together up here in Newport News.
No wonder you cant make it over here untill 4 pm on a good day , hahahahahah

I just got one FD3S housing in the mail today. Two more and I will have enough exhaust sleeves put put into my 20B. If any one here has a bad 3rd gen housing laying around I just need the exhaust sleeves from them, but I'll take the the whole house if you dont want to remove the sleeves.

I have bought some engine parts from the... I bought eccenric shaft seals, and lots of idler arm bushings, and .... I dunno what else, but all had the exact same markings as the Mazda ones I got from Atkins or Hayes, and they were sometimes in the same boxes as the Mazda ones.
I admit I would still go with "rotary shops" for internal engine stuff, but I can't point to anything I have been unpleased with from Advance. Which Advance are you working at Ren?
