sorry i cant make the go kart meet cause my stang has took a turn for the worse the tire on the front left blew due to no tread on it...my mustake didnt have the cash to get new ones.im not taking my chance since the other front one is also as in the same condition of tread NONE...
if anyone knows a cheap place to get two good tires with enough tread on them to pass inspection that be great!!!
they are 245/45/R17 i made some calls the cheapest i can find is 475.00 bucks for two tires......

I'd go , but i dont have a car running yet . I have 4 cars over here waiting for me to finish them .
2 T II motors getting rebuilt
1 Fd motor getting rebuilt
1 just finished a 90 NA convert , I just need to hook everything up
1 90 GTU with a bad fender and front control arm
1 FD sitting in my drive way waiting for tunning
and now I got another one brought to me last night for some idle problems
I'll be back in town later this afternoon I hope
Phooka . still looking for ya . I would like to know what you have left on your parts car ???

Bad timing Monty, I just gave away two Mustang tires from mine that would pass inspection. I think all I have left are the 16's I was going to use on my car. I should probably give up on those too and sell off all of my 3 piece Revolution rims as well. Those things are nice, and will fit an FD of someone is interested. They cost over $500 each, and weigh next to nothing. I have 4 8" rims and 2 9" rims. Then I can just go totally to the 17's on the Mustang and be done with it rather than fight with making the 16's fit the huge brakes I have on the car.
Kenny, he told me that I basically know what he has and just doesn't have time to get up with everyone. So send me a PM of what you are looking for, I pretty much know what is on that car, and can find out the rest. I know i has a pair of fron control arms if you need one for that 90 you have. I think the right side fender is good, but the left side is a little bent up. That is the best I can tel from your list of what might be helpful... I think the engine had spun a bearing, btu both rotor housings were good, but I think he sold them already. He used the trans and the front suspension. He has almost all of the rear suspension. So if anything there is helpful to you let me know. He sold some interior stuff, but it is mostly still there and in pretty good shape.

Crap I made so many typos in that last post, I don't know how anyone can read it. Basically it said Dale has a car full of 90 FC parts. If you need some, ask me about them, or I can take you over to the car if needed.

Sooooo, yesterday I removed the intake, the duct for the IC, the IC and other various parts to install the new intake and IC. This is what I learned:
1. Someone left a rubber bungee cord under the AC dryer and battery tray, WTF???
2. The PFS SMIC was designed to be used with the stock AST, I'm going to have to fab up some sort of adapter and redo a coolant line or two.
3. The hoses off the airpump, CRV, and the ACV are 1" hoses, the PFS intake ports are 7/8".
4. Only the turbo intake hoses in the PFS intake box are filtered, WTF????
5. I've taken apart the intake so many times, I could have re-assembled everything in my sleep. In fact, I think I was.
6. Moving the AC dryer without kinking the AC lines was alot easier that I thought.
7. QuickSteel apoxy is some really good stuff though I'm not sure if it's as good as JB Weld. Walmart was out of the JB so I got the QS.
So it looks like I'm going to have to work out a couple of things before I get everything in. Anyone got any spare time to help me think this out?

When I look under the hood of Dan's car with the weber and an engine..... No hoses no complications...... just an engine in there. it is so nice. Then I think about my car and can't comprehend the issues of workinf on an FD.
