Dudes, Francisco came over and we(more he) spent the whole day redoing my vac hoses with silicone hoses. He found a vac leak and now my FD seems to boost alot better in first and second gear. Now I've got blue vac hoses and blue IC hoses. And we lowered my idle to a more reasonable 1k rpms. He did an AWESOME job!

I just got back from one of the best days at an autocross I have had in a very long time. I took one of my other cars, my mom ran and did well. My daughters came out. It was just an overall good day at the races.

I know this is the RX7 site, but I ran my Shelby GT350 today an I finally felt like I did good job driving. When I ran I was in first place. I don't know if a car that ran later beat me or not. Bit in all honesty, it doesn't really matter. That was one of the best runs I have had in a long time an it was in my old friend that I have probably run 3-500 autocrosses in.

Calvin, wish I could made it out there. I was 5 mins away, but I was helping Mattie and Monty get the car right. Got the carb built and lowered the idle to a solid 900 rpms. I'm not used to a 7 being so quiet lol. Sounds like you had fun though. Glad you had a good day, and did awesome as far as times go.

Well i took my car around the block it did good but when in idle low like that its wanting to cut off on me so im going to get monty t push the idle up to 1000,

hers first since hers is a easy fix! yeah johhny im making progress with my fc ran for a second .mine might be a wiring problem or a ecu problem i cant be for sure if any one knows what it could be let me know.here is my setup atm i have a non turbo ecu plugged in n326 the car ran with that and kicked over ,the turbo ecu n333 didnt seem to put out spark...but it puts fuel and im guess the non turbo ecu when it was plugged in wasnt putting out fuel .

in short non turbo electrical harness {the one on the drivers side} and turbo emitions harness {one on the passengers side} so im guessing weird about that...i think i might change out the emitions harness back to the non turbo harness and see it that will give fuel. but before i change it out i need to make sure that the motor is getting fuel before i do that change the harness to a non turbo harness. i was also thinking i could run a turbo motor with all the whole non turbo harness and use a turbo ecu im hoping that will work to take the easy way out..i dont know im just making sudjections.

next things to get is block off plates and a n332 ecu i know where to bother for dirt cheap so im set there and will be getting them by..this coming wednesday.

1000 rpm should be good for maddies car as far as a idle speed since it drops lower once the car warms up a little .but other then that the car runs great!

to tell yall the truth id rather not use a fuel cut defensor the engine only has about 600 miles on it and i know the problem and how to fix it
