I know Lou at Little Creek, he deals with rotaries, it all depends what you get done.
On the subject of vintage plates, my 73 RX-3 wagon has actual 73 Virginia plates. When I went to DMV, they told me 2 options... Actual classic/antique you can only drive it to shows, organized events and to the auto repair shop. Only 500 miles a year. Or if you get an inspection and sticker, you can use it as a daily driver, I chose the second because I didn't want to take a chance on it. I always get away without a cat because my cars are non-catalyst models. I show them the stickers in my hood and they scratch their heads....

As far as the non-catlyst, that is the reason several people would go and find a hood for first gen RX7 from an 79 which was a non-catalyst car. I have a non-catalyst exhaust system if anyone is looking for one.

lol i just got home but on my way home i saw a supercharged out of state camaro
and my car wasnt runnin properly so i thought id give the guy an ego boost since he was with his girl(im a nice guy)
so i reved a few times my engine was cutting and stuff he pulled up to a stop light revved his engine and i restarted my car revved back and the bov went off
so he decides to fall back behind me for a bit and then i push down on the gas to put some extra fuel in the exhaust then let of rev pop it then KAPOW through a flame right onto his bumper so he tears off around me and thats the last i saw him

Is it a reusable filter? The kind that can be cleaned out? Else how many miles are on it?
If you want to just leave it to just us, give him my cell number: 757.332.1807

VA, send your friend my contact info or is he commin' to your place again tonight? I'd like to take a look at the hose set he wants to sell. I was going to buy the elbow from someone else, but it turns out he didn't have one.
