When you get it, def. get a barrel pump like Ray has at his shop, makes it so much easier and faster to pump it into your 5 gal filler jug and mix your premix. U going with the amsoil stuff for premix I take it. Same stuff Ray uses and me.

And 54 gallons goes quick, esp when you cant stop romping on supra's
I run that cam2 and its fine for 22 lbs boost and you can get a 54 gal barrel for like 290 bucks vs. 580.

Careful with the Cam 2. Its very unreliable. Ask Ray. The quality of the fuel is junk. Get the VP. As for the Amsoil, I've used it for 7 yrs grasshopper...

Congrats on getting the car back Ern, I can't wait to see pics after she comes out of the body shop .

Hm, at 'only' $10 bucks a gallon, I might just say "screw it" and start running c16 fulltime. I barely drive my FD, and 25 psi safely seems pretty attractive to me right now

Its just sunoco's purple 110 race gas, why is it unreliable? Only reason I use it is because its local and inexpensive compared to the C16. He tuned the orange "team lexus" turbo IS300 car on Cam2 and it was fine and my car and it was fine. I am only running around 20 lbs with it anyway and anything is better then regular pump gas.

Haha, "only" rich says. I would only drive my car on the weekends and some weekdays running 27 lbs boost when I would buy 54 gal. drums of C16. The C16 goes pretty fast when you are having fun, and supposedly, the shelf life once opened is not that long on the VP stuff. At 580 a barrel, it adds up really fast when your pumping alot of fuel down the motor. I went through 4 barrels in 6 months, so about 2300 dollars worth of race gas, ouch.

Damn Ernie, I'm gonna have to come down with Austin and check that thing out sometime. Can't wait to see what the burnout front looks like, and if they can get the mica to match the original cym, I've contemplated a 99 front but was worried that the new and old cym paint wouldn't match up very well. seems like all the repainted ones are a bit off.

Anywayyyyy - Keep it on all fours! (unless you're picking up the fronts )

wow. Don't mean to pry but how much $$$ is invested in that thing if its fine me asking and how long will it last by the sounds of it you know you rotary's so I'm shooting for 70,000 from what I hear.
P.S. only reason I want to know about how much $$ it costs is cuz the guys that put v8's in FD's say its cheaper to get a LS faster. Again not trying to pry.

Trust me, your right. If I were money smart, I'd have dropped a LS7 in! lol....but I decided to stay true to the rotary and race this season in the street class.

Ernie you said on the last page your selling a Aux injection kit? what model and how much? also what do you think i should tune on vp101 instead of hoping i get 93 at the pump ( i heard the burn rate is pretty much the same as 93). i also want a c116 map for the track or the one silly supra guy around here

Hey the ls7 is cool but I bet you get alot more respect with the 13brew plus it ain't like they can't last you know that. For real it'll last what at least 35,000 which is darn good for any 500hp plus streetcar and its cheaper to do what you did at least I think but who cares. Well hopefully I'll catch up wit a few of the guys in the NE wit rx7's one day and I'll introduce you all to the car club I'm in on day and can talk to a few other rotorheads down their(were just college guys nothing special and we aren't FNF street racer types). Woohooo I'm in longwood university man 3 to 1 girl to guy ratio, definately motive to stay hahahah just a joke guys if any of you have kids their.

Call Ray at PFS. He has the kit. He bought it for me, I then decided not to put it on as Im only running C116. The kit is nice. Its from Snow Performance.
