I'd be glad to do that but I have too much fun spending money on my own FD. I'd say probably about another 5k to 6k in parts and she'll be completely finished where I want her. We'll see though when I get to that point lol.

Ok ok I recant a bit. It just sucks compared to a nice day. Actually my top was replaced by the previous owner so it is in fairly decent shape. I shouldn't complain. Like I said the bigger reason is homework, but if it were gorgeous out I'd probably have to leave the house

Hopefully it was more fun than how my day went. My 11AM appointment to get my windows tinted turned into a 6 hour ordeal that almost made me late for work, which is where I am now (for the next 12 hours). Anyone get any pics of cars getting rained on?

On another note, I saw that you called but didn't leave a message. What's up, wanted me to hear the burnout?

 

naa I was wondering if you were coming out to the meat, I was going to hang out a little longer, but then after it started raining again i just said the hell with it and left.

 

I wanted to but damn the 6 hours it took to get the windows tinted on 2 cars. Apparently the Vette rear window is one of the hardest ever created, along with a host of other issues to deal with while I was there.

If it helps, I plan on doing another BBQ at my house soon. Got some spring cleaning to do but since I got the Vette I'm going to ease my expectations for the FD so I don't rush to finish it and half-*** anything else.

Let me know if Shannon is interested in making some more burgers for us. I figure we'll end up with more people than the first one, though we did seem to have a decent turnout for not really knowing anybody at the time. I think I'll try to come up with a list of things for people to bring again, that worked out ok for the most part.
