Sucks, huh? Happened to me just a few months ago too. Ah well, it was inevitable.

I'm going (bringing the Miata). I actually invited a buddy of mine, former neighbor, to bring his e46 M3 as well.

It will be my first time at the Frederick location.

Not gonna make june 6, but hoping my fc will be rdy for the next one after that. Shes been getting loads of suspension work. Got all new bushings up front with ball joints n tie rod ends. Changed the sway bar bushings. Kyb shocks are in the mail. Just gotta find some springs and also found a broken engine mount n possible broken tranny mount. So this will delay me another few weeks while i sort it out. Getting excited hoping i can lay down some times like rocky does!

I'll be there. I haven't decided what I'll be driving yet, but I'll be around. Glad to see everyone coming out. It's a much smaller lot then Waldorf but a good place to cut your teeth on if you've never done it before. I hear they've done some repairs on the big crack that goes down the center of the lot so maybe we'll have a new and interesting layout for the course....probably not though

Just looked at the roster; is Mark someone on here, with the black 87?

Dunno. What is their usual policy if it rains or has a high chance of rain?

Looking at the weather report there appears to be a decent chance for rain.

We still run. If there is lightning in the area we all sit in our cars for a while till the danger passes, but the show still goes on. Hell, a couple years ago we were Autocrossing while Hurricane Irene was bearing down on us at Bowie. I was in the FD so I did morning only to miss as much as I could, but I heard it got seriously wet after I left.

Wet isn't too bad, just bring something to keep yourself dry when you are not in the car. Driving is fun because everything is more slidey.

All you people in NOVA running the Frederick course need to make a trip down to VMP in Petersburg, VA for another auto-x on the 28th of June! The courses at VMP are usually pretty big and fast...

We used to get maybe one FB and one FD, but lately, no rotaries unless I bring one of mine...

I don't know how any of you that have kids make time for anything!
I'm paint, trim, and a backsplash away from finishing my kitchen and getting to work on the GTUs and it's taking me forever. I have only looked at the FD once and am thinking the no spark issue is due to the crank trigger wires in the harness but have yet to test them. It smells like I have fuel but the tach only bounces a hair when cranking. I also verified I'm getting no spark.

I'm kind of feeling like the way to go is to sell the PFC and get a new EMS with a flying lead harness and wiring it up myself. The other option is to get a good used engine harness... I need to dig into it deeper before I do anything...

Oh yeah, I sold the vert too.

I've got a good single turbo harness for the FD if you want that. Only issue I remember with it was the low water level buzzer.. I moved on from a PFC to a Life Racing ECU and they don't come even remotely close to sharing the same connectors... So my harness is just hanging on the wall of my garage taking up a hook..

I feel your pain! I haven't been on the track since my daughter turned one, and that was two years ago. I plan on making a comeback this fall, at least that's what I keep telling myself

You sold the vert?? Congrats!

If you decide to go with a stand alone, I highly recommend C.Ludwig, and one of his terminated harnesses.

Just a head's up that the Sunday morning Cars and Coffee at Kohl's has been shut down. Police will be enforcing the ban so don't risk a ticket.

Unpredictable weather prevented me from going to the Autox last Sat but I plan to go to the next local one still.

Cars n Coffee in Irvine, Ca got shut down, now Kohls also? Car culture is slowly becoming a taboo

Everything is for sale if I can clear enough cash to make it worth it! I now know how things have been for you, Elio! I haven't had much interest about it, I'll get to it in time, I need to pull it in the garage and take off the UIM to verify everything under there is in order.
Dave, you should have stopped by on the way to or from ECRC. I'm literally 10 minutes tops from I95 exit 152.

Levi, I appreciate the offer for the single harness but I'm not convinced I want to go that way yet. The car came with a set of brand new OEM sequentials on it which is another struggle for me. Do I keep them, or sell them to go single???? They're worth more not being run!

I actually didnt take 95, we took Rt 1 straight through Delaware We will meet up eventually I'm sure.

What all does the FD need? I might be interested once this Black T2 is gone...I would need time to pull together another 3-4k though.

I've been missing in here for a while, but I'm back. Started a teardown/restoration of my CYM FD. I'm kind of at a stopping point right now while I wait for parts to come back from a couple shops.
