I used 1.5 gallons @ $60/gal. So, more than a full tank of gas, but not much more these days
edit: Yea I bought the full kit but now I have lots of leftover to redo panels, wheels, or whatever as necessary. I'm also thinking I'm going to try it on my interior plastics, they have a video of that and it came out pretty nice. They used the gloss coating for the interior bits though.

I should sell my black interior and have some crappy dash flocked. Any of you FC guys looking for a nice black interior? The B-pillars and rear Sid carpets have been modified for a roll bar

Just got back from doing an alignment at this new DIY auto shop in Sterling. Manual rack is a bit more livable now that the settings are right. Shop info if anyone's interested:

I saw that the other day when I was looking for the other one that used to be in Sterling. Didn't seem like a bad deal. 20 bucks a month and if you use the lift like 15 an hour. Wondered if it was worth it or not. I need to do my exhaust on the vert.

Matt - that looks really good. Can't wait to see it up close.
I've been MIA all summer since the RX-7 blew a hose or something....there's a vacuum leak somewhere. It idles high and I just didn't feel like messing with it....but the time has come to get this thing fixed and back on the road. (Emissions is/was due too....and this weather just makes the FD scream "drive me!")
Sucks I missed the entire auto-cross season Rocky! I see you're trying to put another drive together. Hopefully, I can get it fixed by then.
Hope to catch up live and in person soon.

Everyone in the tri state area. I'm trying to get EFI University to come to my new shop in MT Airy Md and teach a class on tuning. You will have the chance to tune a car and do it the safe way. Call the shop or PM me if you want to attend. We only need 15 to 25 peuple to make it happen. Save thousand by being able to tune your car your self. We will also be offering the attendees a discount on dyno time for tuning their own rides. Up to 5 hours only but well worth it.

No date has been set for the fall cruise. This is only the second year we will have done it. There is no horsepower limit or else we wouldn't have invited Wes last year lol.

I will have the thread up soon. I am trying to decide whether we do another Shenandoah trip like the spring, or we do the Tour De DC that I've always wanted to do, or get even more adventurous and hit up Rt.33. The date will likely be late October for prime leaf color reasons. Here are the routes I have been considering:
ROUTE A
ROUTE B
ROUTE C
Last year we did a fall 'cruise' down to MIR for Imports vs. Domestics car show. This was good fun, but I think I'd like to separate the two this year. Some people don't have the opportunity to do a whole day affair. And those who can, have no problem getting out to more then one meet.
Look for the Fall-Roadtrip thread. I make no promises but I should be able to get it posted this week.

If you can't get it fixed you should show anyway and ride along, we always need a camera man to capture the trip. I have a suspicion (hope really) that Vlad may be busy with driving his car this year.

I'm down for the Route B plan but may I also recommend there are some great touring roads out west of Loudon county up to the mountains near the WV border that don't take very long to get to and aren't crowded like Skyline is in the fall. I can map something out if you'd like to see what I'm talking about.
