Once again it is that time of the year. The 13th Annual Summer Slam drag race and car show event will be taking place at Englishtown on June 27th & June 28th, 2009!!!

So do I, how does that work?

 

I spoke to a few friends and they are all coming with their FD's. If you guys come on Sunday, pay the few bucks extra and I'll try to save a few spots in the pit area. If you want to test your car out, Saturday is normally dead. I'll have the grill with me so we can save some money on food and I'll bring a few tents and a large cooler.

 

Are you guys planning to go both days? I will attend if it does not rain.

Yeah thats what i did before, i paid like i was racing but really i just wanted to park in the pits and not in the spectator lot.

That lot is like theif heaven lol.

Hell, if thats the case, maybe ill bring my FD to etown for the first time in like 3 years just to park in the pits with you guys lol. I doubt my car will past tech even if i wanted to run anyway so prob no race for me.

I'll be there both days most likely. If you guys want to test your car, Sat is usually dead and you get a lot of passes. If you want to race with the stands full, then Sunday is the day. Pay to race or for the car show and park in the pits, even if not racing. If you guys get there early on Sunday, look for my FD so we can hold a few spots for the guys that come later. I'll try to hold a few spots too.
