bridgewater NJ FD owner needs assistance
hi guys,
i just bought a 93 FD and it has stock rims with drag radials on the back. on the way home, it was "swaying". so now i'm paranoid the bushings and stuff are bad. my friend thinks its because the front and back tires have different heights. fronts are 205-55-16 and rears are 255-50-16. overall height is different by about 2 inches.
anyone local would let me put on stock or stockish rims to make sure my new ride is good?

hi, no it was dry. i was going around 80 mph. the ET street radials are very soft. i think that coupled with the difference in tire height has something to do with it.
bridgewater is in someset county, about 45 miles due west of jersey city (my brother lives in JC on montgomery) via rt 78.

haha thanks!
maybe i was unclear.
i just wanted to use someones rims and tires for a 2 minute trip down the road to see if the swaying stops. but i think i'm just gonna buy some yokahama AO32R's 245-45-16. i will probably sell those mickey thompson ET street radials.

raise the tire pressure. that is normal for drag radials sometimes even when you have normal pressure in them.....
underhood looks nice!
