Well, the rain stopped, the roads are dry and the sun is peeking out. Anyone still going?

I just left work to go fetch the FD and bring it out. The roads in and around Dulles Towncenter are dry and the sky is clearing. The sun should be out soon. See you there!

 

Am here now. turnout is poor so far, but at least its dry.

 

I thought people normally showed up around 9pm?

 

no no...most of us usually arrive between 6:45-7:30 leave by 9! I actually had the FD out around 6:15 and there were about 5 cars there so I just headed back to the garage...hopefully next weeks weather will be better!

 

I must have just missed you. I showed up around 6:30 and stayed till just after 8. I saw a silver FD come through, drive by and leave without stopping a little bit later too.

 

I didn't stay more than 5mins...literally 5-7 cars there and the clouds seemed to be rolling back in so I made the sprint back to the garage lol.

 

Guys, I think it is going to be another wet one.

Can't make it this week either way. Heading up to Summit Point on Friday afternoon for a full weekend of FD abuse.

 

Man it seems to rain just in time for the weekends these days. Well at least we aren't getting tornado'd....

I'm free and it's looking nice so I'll probably be there from 5pm on. Gotta get the car out tonight and wash the track debris off I guess.

 

If the car is ready, I will stop after 6pm.
