*MM Car Show in Harrisonburg, VA 4/4/2009 (vendors, music, & possible dyno)!*
This is the annual Madison Motorsports car show at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
There will be music, multiple vendors, and a possible outdoor dyno if approved by JMU. I will keep you all updated. Mark your calenders! Last year was one of the best car shows I have ever been to and this year we are planning to make it even better.
The show will be held on Saturday, April 4th, 2009 from 11am - 4pm, in the C4 lot of the JMU campus. The entrance to the lot is off of Cantrell Avenue.
There will be the following classes: Import, Domestic, Euro, Classic, Motorcycle. w/ trophies for the winners.
Like last year, we're having various vendors to support the show! Subaru North America/Bob Wade Subaru will be present with their cars! Also, we're partnering with the Make a Wish Foundation to raise money for their cause of helping children with life-threatening illnesses - come out and support them! We've asked others such as Whiplash Motorsports and Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes to attend as well!
Also: We have been working with JMU to allow Valley Dyno Service of Elkton, VA to come out with their portable 2WD Dynojet! This is TBA and we'll hopefully know very soon if we can have them out to dyno cars, we'll get the word out here when we know!

Im so DOwn for this...Now that i have weekends off and the car is almost done...
So who wants to caravan with me...
Im located in Northern VA, we can leave early, and i mean early sat morning, this way we get to have time to make random stops, have breakfast and show up and part together!!!

This is my first time going up there...but i will have my trusty Garmin with me

This year is going to be great!!
UPDATE: We got official word that there will be a portable DYNO at the show!
Valley Dyno Service of Elkton, VA will be out with their portable 2WD Dynojet to dyno cars! The cost is $75 for 2 pulls with HP/TQ readings. Those interested in dyno-testing must enter the show as well to receive a universal registration number for the show and dyno.

Looks like Paul has convinced me to make it down... I should be in the beater VR unless I ride down with someone.

Still waiting on you guys to ride together damn it...I have 2 more cars coming with me over there and im stressing to finish my RLTC before i go...
When are you all heading out and how long is the drive up there...would love to leave early enough to have breakfast there and get good parking spots
