Power output estimate?
ok so my motor blew and im going to have it sent to banzai racing for a rebuild and port and polish. its a 88 6-port and i have a pacesetter header(ghetto, i know) with 2" primaries and a 2.5" collector to a corksport 80mm mid-pipe and power series cat back. how much power do you guys think i will make at the wheels. they replace the baffels on the exhaust ports with t2 sleves fyi. and im thinking of puting s5 n/a rotors in while its apart. lmk what you guys think itll do>
i was also thinking of picking up an SAFC II to try to squeeze out a bit more..........is that worth my time? and money?

banzai is a good place. you will like there work. your exhaust is a little big for an NA link for more info as for the output. it's not that easy to say on stock ports i was running 180 rwhp on a good day but used a lot of time to tune every thing from port matched and polished runners, tb mod, S5 intake and RPM activated aux & VDI that was dyno tuned to open at the right place. Custom headers, lots of advance "as in moved the CAS a tooth" and lots of others. but there are some with street ports that still don't make this kind of power.
If you wanna know if you should spend the cash to do it.... hell ya. if this is your DD then this is the best port job out there imo. if you wanna do more then get a 4 port and do a half bridge as this is the largest i would wanna drive every day.
get it done and have fun with it.

i also failed to metion that i converted to electric fan and eliminated emissions and p/s a/c and smog pump pullies. i now am only running(or was) main pully alternator and waterpump on dual belts. how much power does that give/take? anyone done this and dyno'd the before and after?

as for the fan. aaron cakes awsome page
As i had said every setup is not the same. with full smog stock ports and stock s4 intake wired aux ports, stock timing and cats i made 145 to the rear wheels. regounding EVERY thing made a big diff in the pants dyno. A/C is almost nothing when its not on.
with all that gone i would say +2-5% on a good day.

Here is a link to a customer's dyno, he put down 188 rwhp with one of our streetported S4 engines with S5 rotating assembly. This was on the stock S4 ECU without any S-AFC or tuning of any kind. This is more power than a stock TII makes.
