My 91 n/a coupe and its nearly 200whp

Have you guys ever heard of a 6 port street port engine with stock ported intakes and aftermarket injection making 230rwhp? I just came back from a dyno session with a similar set-up like yours and it made 180.5rwhp thru the exhaust. Owner tells me this set-up should make 215-230rwhp? Would love to hear some feedback....

3,500 rpms - 6 ports opening too early - I've had better experience keeping my aux ports closed until ~4200 rpms
5,500 rpms - VDI opening too late, I've had better experience opening the VDI at the same time or a little later than when I open the aux ports.
I have a relatively straight dyno curve, that makes 161 whp on stock engine and intake manifold.
Mods were K&N filter, Rtek tuned on a dyno and RB header to pre-silencer to cat-back. I opened my 6 ports around 4200 rpm, my secondary injectors at 1800 rpms (which the computer smartly halves the flow to the primaries and the secondaries so that it's injecting the same amount of fuel as if it were solely using the primaries), and VDI opening around 4200 rpm ~ 4500 rpm.
