Get an intake manifold designed for a holley carb, like this:

Go to: www.racingbeat.com
>rotary products
>1971-1985
>Holley Components
>Intake manifold 74-78 13b
You could also use the Jay-tech one.

Then get an E&J (or similar) throttle body fitted with fuel injectors

it should bolt right on

That's a great way to spend lots of money

Personally I keep imagining a simple 3/4" thick plate with injector bungs in it. Use any intake manifold you want. In fact, if you did the plate right, you could use a '74-78 intake manifold or, with countersunk head bolts holding the plate to the engine, you could use a TII intake manifold. Although if you could use a '74-78 type then there'd be little reason to use a TII manifold unless you wanted turbo clearance, in which case you should use a turbo "block" anyway.

I started making one to put EFI on a 12A when I lucked into an EFI 13B so I went with that instead.

Well best for what?

Best for drivability puts the fuel injector as close as possible to the engine. Just like the factory did the the primaries. Direct injection is even better.

Best power...

I took best to mean 'least amount of custom work', as in, best way to go about this.

EDIT: by the way that picture is sex.

the e&j thing is HUGE and it takes some setting up. it doesnt just bolt on and work, you get to play with it for a while

oh i know. theres other similar stuff out there but I was trying show the picture and thus the idea more than anything. most likely no n/a two rotor will need anything that serious.

my experience was on a 350 chevy, and its huge for that, and it took a suprising amount of fiddling (its all adjustable) to get it to idle consitently and such.

not saying its not good, its just meant for a really high hp car
