^^^ Actually Trey, you are wrong.
I did not plea to two counts of Arson. What would be the point in that? That'd be like saying, ok, I blew up this car, aaaaand... that car. But those others, nope. Sorry someone else.
Seriously, I don't understand why you guys don't focus on the people that actually planned it out, had the idea, and actually did it. Even if I had been there and not done it, the logical thing to do would be going after the people that commited the crime with their own hands.
Conspirators are just as guilty as the actually felons, I'll completely agree to that and completely agree that I'm just as guilty as the other two. What I'm trying to do is clear my name of the thought that I planned and acted upon this criminal act, which is completely untrue. I did nothing of the sort.

You are correct. It was a typo. It was guilty to 1 count of arson. Why? Because you didn't intend on burning down all the cars you did, only mine, so you only plead guilty to arson on my car.

Good. Disappear and quit lying. I don't think that the prosecuting attorney, district attorneys office, and your probation officer would lie to me. They all seemed to have the same story about the charges and what you plead to. End of story.

Ok Frank, whatever.
Do your homework. Conspirators are guilty of the same crime as the people that actually committed it. Therefore, of course I have one count of Arson against me. Thats the way the legal system works. READ. READ. READ.
Oh snapz hooked on phonics strikes again.
/done.
