Despicable. Sorry man but the past is never just the past. You'll be shunned for that potentially for the rest of your life.

On a bright note: I brought back my T2 on Monday! Personally, I think this warrants a meet.

Here is mr. Burn it up, probably trying to leave the scene of another fire.....

cb07 is someone who has to learn his lesson, not through words, not through the judicial system, but in fact, face to face with people. Instead of being the punk *** liar he is, he can man up, say he is sorry for what happened, and should have done something different, and quit acting like he is hot **** around rsw members.

He is someone, that cannot be trusted. He burned not only an rsw members car, but other families vehicles, to get them through day by day life, and cb07 had to interrupt everyones lives, because he wanted attention.

I advise everyone to not trust this clown, and just seperate him from your community as well.

Gabriel

I applaud you all for shunning this man from your presence.

And please, don't think us RSW guys are all that bad, come out to one of our meets and let us prove you wrong! I'd love to see a good showing of some rotary goodness one of these days.

Where's the love, woman?

Don't forget that I'm the number 1 rotary fanboy on RSW.

Ok lets think about this here. Logically. Cmon, take your dick out of your butt and think. It's not hard.

Marcus Cross and Daniel Kota come to my house the day after they destroy the car.

4 weeks later, my lawyer presents me with a disc on DVD. We put the disc into the DVD player, and watch.

Lo and behold, THERES DANNY, in the gas station, with Marcus, BUYING THE (guess what!) GAS! Oh em gee! Ahhhh.

So lets see here. Danny and Marcus come to my house on the 20th of March. 4 weeks later, my lawyer shows me a video of Danny in the gas station, ON THE 19TH OF MARCH.

How do I have a video of them buying the gas before I met them? Hooked on phonics people, hooked on phonics.

You suck at reading, and at arguing.

BTW, I'll be posting on RSW. I had other RSW members at my house last night see the evidence. Other RSW members that you are all friends with.

The only texts she has are the ones of me telling her that they came over to my house and told me about it. I have a file on my computer that has all the texts between the two of us for several days. The DA read through them all, and found nothing incriminating against me, because there is nothing.

She told the Arson Investigators that I told her that Marcus and Danny told me they did it, which is why I was arrested on charges of conspiracy. She told them, in writing, that she didn't think I had anything to do with it.

We broke up because of completely different reasons than this. This kinda just iced the cake.

They came to my house around 3 o'clock the day after they did it claiming that they were screwed because the cops knew they blew up the cars. They talked about driving out of state or to Mexico.

well cb07.....at least you didn't run away and came back to defend yourself. The comment about "probably trying to leave the scene of another fire" was funny as hell!

cb07...I don't understand how you got convicted of conspiracy with your story. Do you have anything from the courts that shows exactly what you were charged with or what proof they have against you?

I think things would have ended up much different for you if you would have just manned up an made a post on RSW about how you fucked up and you are sorry. Also, I wouldn't be out there talking **** about the site and having stickers like you have on your car.....It's not their fault you were involved with this.

I've heard enough concerning this story to decide that I personally don't want anything to do with cb07. Whether he is accepted as part of our rotary community is beyond my control, but I urge everyone to skim through the RSW posts to get a good feel for the impact this had on the people that lost their vehicles. cb07 pleading guilty to conspiracy yet retaining his innocence is ridiculous, and I feel it would be prudent for everyone to distance themselves from him immediately lest his reputation as a liar and vandal be associated with you.

On a more cheerful note...my bro's new car is a blast. I second the motion for a meet sometime soon! (but can we move that discussion to a more lighthearted thread)

Well technically I did say I was sorry for what happened. But those things don't work. It would've been wasted bandwidth to make a huge thread about it, because it would've just been another hate thread.

And the whole Anti-RSW thing, lol, that started waaaaaaaay before this all happened. Back when I was an avid member of RSW. It's kind of an inside joke.

I plead guilty to conspiracy, thats how I was convicted. The DA came into court and said, in front of the judge, that she really didn't have anything other than the words of Marcus Cross, and me telling Nicole I knew about it AFTER THE FACT, against me. In the court of law, text messages and hearsay are not good enough for a conviction, because it doesn't really say much. I could tell everyone that Trey blew up his own car, would they believe me? No.

My lawyer advised me to plead to conspiracy because:

A) Instead of putting my future in the hands of a jury and a judge, we could put my future in the hands of myself, my lawyer, and the defense attorney.

B) We wouldn't have to bring in all the victims.

C) Everyone would be waiting a long, long, long time for this to be resolved. Right to a Speedy trial is a thing of the past.

EDIT: You guys have heard enough lies...

He plead GUILTY TO 2 counts of ARSON, and 1 count of conspiracy to commit arson. This is where plea bargain comes in, because he was charged with the following...

10 counts of arson, 1 count of conspiracy to commit arson, 1 count to burglary, 1 count to conspiracy to commit burglary, 1 count breaking and entering, and 1 count of conspiracy to breaking and entering.

He is a juvenile. You can't find the charges online. Yes, they are real charges. I am the victim. I wouldn't post them if they were not true. I was not going to do so, but I am tired of the lies and bullshit.
